Our Company


Limco (Long Island Metal Company) was established in 1946 in New York as a manufacturer of precision parts for the aircraft, electronics, industrial, government and commercial markets. Limco specialized in high efficient Plate & Fin and Tube-type Heat Exchangers, Environmental Control Systems (ECS,) Oil Coolers, Condensers, Fuel Heaters and Precoolers.

Airepair International was established in 1974 in Tulsa, OK specializing in clean/test, repair, overhaul and core replacement of Heat Exchangers, Precoolers, Condensers, Reheaters, Oil Coolers, Water Extractors and Ozone Converters.

The company distinguished itself in the industry, and gained the attention of Limco’s investors in the early 90’s. Airepair was formally acquired in 1992 to serve as the FAA certified repair station for many of the same platforms for which Limco manufactured.

In 1995, Limco was moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to merge and form Limco Airepair, Inc. from the two Heat Transfer industry leaders. Each company came with expertise that together formed a corporation capable of supporting both OEM and MRO Heat Transfer needs. Limco Airepair, Inc. rebranded in 2019 to TAT Limco, and today the company is housed in a 120,000 square foot in five facilities in West Tulsa.

Since 2010 TAT Limco has updated our methods and facilities drastically in order to follow lean manufacturing principles. With this re-organization, TAT Limco has established its commitment to quality and consistency. TAT Limco’s focus is to constantly look for expansion opportunities in order to be a better solution provider for our customers. This dedication to flexibility and customer care has become the cornerstone of our entire corporate culture.


  • Mr. Greg Watson

    Mr. Greg Watson

    General Manager

    Mr. Greg Watson, General Manager

    Mr. Greg Watson was appointed General Manager of TAT Limco in September 2019. Prior to joining TAT, Greg served as a General Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems where he had full operational and fiscal responsibility for two North American Word Wide Repair MRO facilities – Miramar, Florida and Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. While at UTC, Greg also served as site director for divisions in the United States and Canada. Greg has additional experience as the Director of Operations for a greenfield MRO project located in Queretaro, Mexico with Messier Services America. Greg began his career as an automotive mechanic and quickly worked his way up as a valve technician and technical representative before transitioning to various senior leadership roles within the MRO environment. Mr. Watson holds an Executive Business Administration degree from York University – Toronto, Canada and is working towards acquiring his MBA.

    Mr. Pete Edwards, CFO

    Pete has served as Chief Financial Officer at TAT Limco Airepair for two years in Tulsa, Oklahoma. There he provides excellent leadership in financial management of all facets of the company’s business. He is responsible for total performance to budget, all financial reporting, cash management, P & L performance, SOX compliance, internal and external audits, asset management, and strategic business plans and policies, accounting functions. In his role, Pete analyzes the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and implements corrective actions, makes efficient and effective transition plans, and controls fiscal aspects of the operations of the corporation and the directing of the supporting information systems and financial controls.

    Prior to coming to TAT Limco, Pete was a Controller, Financial Account Manager and Senior Accountant for almost 20 years, for several Tulsa area companies such as Orizon Aerostructures, PCC- Precision Castparts, Ametek, SPX Heat Transfer and Schlumberger.

    Pete holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northeastern State University and his MBA in Accounting and Finance Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Pete has successfully passed all parts of his CPA, lacking just one exam to being a licensed CPA, which he will complete shortly.

    He is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Air Academy Associates in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

    Nick Grimmett, Director of Environmental Health & Safety

    Nick is an accomplished Environmental, Health, and Safety professional with 10+ years of industry experience. He holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree’s in Environmental Management and Occupational Safety and Health. Nick has been responsible for all aspects of OSHA, EPA, and DEQ compliance for multiple Aerospace and Oil & Gas organizations.

    Nick has a proven track record of leading in the following areas:

    • Creation and Implementation of EHS compliant programs and policies resulting in the reduction of incident rates and increased employee productivity.
    • Implementation of process water recycling/wastewater treatment technology.
    • Maintenance and Facilities management including the implementation of Corrective and Preventative Maintenance programs.
    • Providing guidance and technical expertise in new process development
    • Providing training for workforces which includes First Aid/CPR, OSHA 10 & 30 Hour General Industry Outreach Training, and Hands-on OJT training.

    Quality Director

    Lesley Fisher, Quality Director

    Lesley Fisher joined the Limco team in May 2020. With 25 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, she has managed ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems for companies like Lockheed Martin, Spirit AeroSystems and Precision Castparts. At most of these companies, she has also been responsible for several Nadcap certified special processes. She also has experience leading ISO14001 Environmental, Safety & Health programs, Configuration Management and Continual Improvement groups and is a Certified Lead Auditor.
    Lesley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a concentration in Chemistry from The University of Kansas.

    Shawn Ellison, Director of Supply Chain

    Shawn joins us bringing with him over 25 years of diverse industry exposures and in-depth leadership of supply chain and operations teams, including 12+ years working directly in the aerospace and aviation industry and within both the OEM and MRO sides of the business. Shawn has been an early adopter of lean manufacturing principles and has effectively utilized these methods for over 20 years to achieve simplification of processes and excellence in execution while impacting the bottom-line.

    Shawn has a proven track record of leading in the following areas:

    • Implementing lean concepts and focus on value-added processes throughout all functions.
    • Developing measurables and KPI’s to continue to drive awareness and guidance
    • Creative problem solving and utilization of MRP/ERP systems and reporting systems to allow for greater data-driven decisions
    • Effective use of effort/impact to assist in team-based prioritization and project management
    • Team development and growth-path planning

    Bill Ewen, Director of Engineering

    Bill has lead teams for more than 15 years in his career. His diverse experience includes working with cross functional teams from around the globe. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He possesses a broad background in management and has been in the aerospace industry for 8 years.
    Bill’s experience has allowed him to lead teams through the following projects:

    • Establishing new Test, Repair, and Overhaul capabilities for FAA Part 145 Repair Station including technical feasibility reviews, budget development, project planning, tooling and test equipment design, consumable and bill of material reviews, etc.
    • Developing FAA approved DER Repairs for various aircraft system components in order to achieve cost savings.
    • Standardizing work and developed written procedures for engineering department responsibilities per Repair Station Quality Manual to obtain AS9100/9110 Certification.
    • Transferring capabilities between repair stations during company restructures.

    Patrick is an accomplished senior HR/OD professional with 20+ years of experience. He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Performance and has led both large and small scale global initiatives impacting thousands of employees in manufacturing, high tech, financial, healthcare, hospitality, government, and service industries.

    Patrick has a proven track record of leading in the following areas:

    • Designing and implementing strategic solutions (workforce planning, job analysis and design, compensation design/administration, process and performance analysis) that support and are fully aligned with organizational strategy and goals.
    • Designing organizational, functional, and team performance metrics, KPIs, and performance scorecards.
    • Providing OD expertise to improve productivity, business processes, and operational performance.
    • Executing initiatives to optimize employee/team performance, engagement and create an exceptional performance driven team culture.
    • Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment, hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, succession and separation.

    Boe Due, Director of OEM Operations

    Boe brings with him diverse industry exposures and in-depth leadership of Operations, Program Management, and Engineering teams ranging from 8 people to over 130 people, while growing aerospace sites and creating jobs for over half of a decade.

    Boe has a proven track record of leading in the following areas:

    • Creating and implementing standard work in machining, composite manufacturing, and leadership development.
    • Designing organizational, functional, and team performance metrics, KPIs, and performance scorecards.
    • Spearheading initiatives to optimize employee/team performance, engagement and create an exceptional performance driven team culture.
    • Effective use of effort/impact to assist in team-based prioritization and project management.
    • Team development and individual development plans as well as partnering with the community and heading outreach programs.

    In addition to his professional pathway, Boe is a United States Air Force Veteran, a member of the Board of Directors for Wichita’s Littlest Heroes, a below average golfer, and an aspiring World’s Greatest Dad award recipient.
